Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat every piece with the garlic butter mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 7-9 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy outside but juicy inside.
  7. Immediately toss the hot steak bites with any leftover garlic butter mixture and chopped fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot with optional dipping sauces or lemon wedges.

Notes

Pat steak dry before seasoning to ensure crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to prevent steaming. Preheat the air fryer for best results. Toss steak bites immediately after cooking with leftover garlic butter and parsley for extra flavor and shine. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-5 minutes to maintain crispiness.
