  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed and divided
  • 6 tablespoons (85 grams) unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces (450 grams) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 3/4 cup (90 grams) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled

Instructions

  1. Crush 18 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined and holds together when pressed.
  3. Press crust mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch baking pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until combined and fluffy.
  7. Spread filling evenly over chilled crust.
  8. Crush remaining 6 Oreos roughly and sprinkle on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  10. Cut into bars using a knife warmed in hot water for clean edges.
