Ingredients
- 12 oz semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- 6 oz white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)
- 6–8 sheets graham crackers (about 3.2 oz), broken into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 12–15 Peeps Marshmallow Chicks or Bunnies (any color, sliced in half if needed)
- 1/4 cup pastel candy-coated chocolate eggs (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles (optional)
- Flaky sea salt (just a pinch, optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 12 oz chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy (about 1.5–2 minutes).
- Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even 1/4-inch thick layer.
- Scatter broken graham crackers and mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate. Press gently to adhere. Add candy eggs or sprinkles if desired.
- Nestle Peeps into the surface while chocolate is still soft, pressing lightly so they stick.
- Melt 6 oz white chocolate chips (if using) and drizzle over the bark for decoration.
- Chill the tray in the fridge for 20–30 minutes, or until chocolate is fully set.
- Lift bark out using parchment paper and break or cut into rustic shards.
- Store pieces in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the fridge for up to a week. Serve on a platter or package for gifting.
