Instructions

  1. Rinse 1 pound large shrimp under cold water and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons honey, 4 minced garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Stir until blended.
  3. Place a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Let the oil warm until shimmering but not smoking, about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes until pink on the bottom side. Flip shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side until just opaque.
