Instructions

  3. Add 4 cups (200 grams) of mini marshmallows and stir constantly until smooth and fully melted (about 5-7 minutes). Keep heat low to prevent scorching.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Immediately pour the marshmallow mixture over 6 cups (180 grams) of Rice Krispies cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Using a buttered spatula or lightly greased hands, gently fold the cereal into the marshmallow mixture until all pieces are evenly coated.
